Good Manufacturing Practice GMP
GMP is a minimum common sense sanitary and processing requirements applicable to all food processing establishments. It provides the basic foundation for the development of an effective food safety & quality management system.
Many food industry sectors have implemented GMP for food processing as the foundation upon which they have developed and implemented other food safety & quality management systems, such as HACCP , SQF 2000 and /or ISO 9001:2008.
